Developed and sold exclusively by Catherine and Alexandre, beekeepers at Bazouge du Désert, Place dit Le Bruet 35133. (5 minutes from the domain)
Note that it is REAL honey, they are artisans who work with their hives and nothing else, in a natural and reasoned way. We have also 10 hives on the Domaine de Passillé that they pamper us. Honey “Skalf” is sold (when there is some left after personal consumption…) in our shop and in their honey house.

At the perfumers method, j & rsquo; elaborates on my computer mixtures malts, hops, yeast before moving on to manufacturing.
Brewed from “in the kitchen”, friends and family accepted without complaint to test recipes or rather “beverages”…
but always with a common point : a unique taste !
The material moving and graduated from professional brewing, I focused on creating beers with strong tastes that are now the success of Skalf.
