Cancellation is free 1 week before the arrival date for the gîtes.
Rentals placed on a reservation platform (booking, airbnb, cybevasion etc …) are not managed by us ; for any problem or cancellations, contact their customer services. You book directly on our site, This is the assurance of simplified management and always having someone to answer you.

the cottages are weekly rentals on & rsquo; summer. Consult us for a lower booking 7 nights over these periods.
For a monthly rental (included for overnight stays), the charges are extra rental : electricity, water and fuel for the Bois gîte. The charges are invoiced according to your consumption and to be paid before your departure.
The lodgings must be returned in the same condition. cleanliness that when you arrive. Household option ; see price in the services section.

Animals :

The cottages are recently renovated, We accept pets and we leave to your judgment the potential risks and & rsquo; de facto acceptance of financial coverage in case of damage.

Nice present : our gift vouchers are valid 1 an.(Atelier, appetizers, night in a gite or room, brewery purchase).For overnight stays, the voucher is valid outside holidays, summer and public holidays and excluding Saturdays unless indicated on the voucher. Additional charges may apply for reservations during holiday periods or weekends. No overnight stay possible in summer, the cottages are rented by the week.
No reimbursement for gift vouchers and workshops, a credit note is issued for a cancellation 8 minimum days before the scheduled date. Less than 8 days, 30% are deducted from having.
A extension of the gift voucher from 6 month is possible to expire .Rate 2023/2024 of the extension 30€. (increases in raw materials and charges)
The children are under your responsibility inside and outside the rentals.
Uses of swimming pools : please strictly observe the precautions displayed in the lodgings.

Hours :
Overnight stay : arrival from 6 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. .(if other time, do not hesitate to contact us, we will adapt as best we can)
Day use : arrival from 11 am and departure before 5 pm => Consult us.
Additional charges : handing over the keys before 1 p.m. (midi) involves additional costs of 30 €.(only if the rental remains free the day before, Consult us)
Breakfasts are served from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. all year round except summer. Reservation 48 hours in advance.
Fees of 50 € (day rate) will be billed for a departure during the day.=> consult us if possible.
The rental of the chalet implies adherence to the rules of procedure to be returned signed before the date of arrival.
Deposit for the chalet ; 250€ not cashed.
