GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV) 2025–2026

ARTICLE 1 – OBJET

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern all the services offered by the Domaine de Passillé – SKALF, notably :

rental of lodgings ;
rental of the chalet for private or professional events ;
beer brewing workshops ;
selling craft beer ;
selling gift vouchers ;
reservations made on the site www.skalf.fr ;
the establishment of quotes and invoices for the provision of services.

Any reservation, order or purchase implies full acceptance, entire and without reservation of these General Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION AND VALIDATION

Any reservation becomes firm and final :

after full payment via the website ;
or after signing the quote with the mention
“Good for agreement”, date et signature ;
and, if applicable, after payment of the agreed deposit.

Unless otherwise stipulated, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount including tax is required when ordering.

The service provider reserves the right to refuse any incomplete reservation., irregular or unresolved.

ARTICLE 3 – QUOTES AND INVOICES

3.1 Validity of quotes

Quotes issued are valid for a period of six (6) month from their date of issue.

After this period :

the costs ;
availability ;
turnaround times ;
technical and pricing conditions

may be modified without notice.

3.2 Tariff review

Prices are established according to the economic conditions in force on the date the quote is issued..

Any significant variation regarding :

raw materials ;
energy ;
transport ;
taxation ;
regulation ;
supply ;
charges d’exploitation ;
workforce

may result in a price revision, including after acceptance of the quote when execution takes place beyond six (6) month.

3.3 Additional services

Any additional service not initially planned will be subject to additional invoicing after prior agreement from the customer..

ARTICLE 4 – CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

4.1 Gîtes

Cancellation is free until 7 days before arrival date.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days :

➡ the reservation is due in full.

4.2 Brewing workshops

Cancellation is free until 30 days before the scheduled date.

After this period :

➡ the deposit or payment remains in full.

4.3 Chalet / events / professional services

Cancellation is free until 60 days before the scheduled date.

After this period :

➡ the deposit remains acquired.

In the event of a service already invoiced :

➡ a flat-rate deduction of 30 % TTC minimum will be applied.

4.4 Reservations via third-party platforms

Reservations made via :

Booking
Airbnb
Cybevasion
or any other external platform

are not managed directly by SKALF.

For any modification, dispute or cancellation, the customer must contact the customer service of the platform concerned exclusively.

ARTICLE 5 – RENTAL OF COTTAGES

5.1 Hours

Overnight stay

Arrival : from 18h00
Departure : avant 10h00

Any special request can be studied depending on availability.

5.2 Additional charges

Additional traveler

15 € / no one / night

Handover of keys before 1 p.m.

30 additional €

(subject to feasibility)

Delayed start

Outside of scheduled time :

50 € / lodging

Option to be validated several days before arrival.

Extension up to 3 p.m. maximum

After 12 p.m. and until 3 p.m. :

50 € / lodging

After 3 p.m. :

➡ the rate of a full night will be applied.

5.3 Cleanliness – Restitution – Damage

The lodgings must be returned :

in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival ;
kitchen tidy and cleaned ;
clean dishes ;
garbage bins removed ;
furniture put back in place.

Cleaning is not included unless option purchased.

Any exceptional repair will be invoiced.

Degradations, losses, damage or costs of restoration are entirely the responsibility of the tenant.

5.4 Household option

By gîte :

Cooking alone : 50 €
Complete accommodation : 85 €

Payment for options can be made :

in cash
or by credit card

5.5 Caution

Gite rental deposit

250 € / lodging

by uncashed check given on arrival.

A control visit is carried out at the end of the stay.

5.6 Linen

Bed linen and towels are included.

Missing linen after departure

Billing :

65 € TTC / unit

Additional linen kit

Pour 1 lit :

15 €

including :

fitted sheet
duvet cover
2 pillowcases
2 bath towels
comforter

5.7 Monthly rental

Only for monthly rentals :

the following charges are charged extra :

electricity
eau
fuel oil (Gite du Bois)

Billing according to actual consumption, to be paid before departure.

ARTICLE 6 - ANIMALS

Gite du Pré

❌ No pets allowed

Gite du Bois

✅ Pets accepted

Conditions :

dogs should never be left alone unsupervised ;
they must not cause nuisance or damage ;
the garage can be used if necessary.

The area already welcomes :

chien
chat
biquettes

as well as a stud farm in the immediate vicinity.

The customer accepts full responsibility for their animal.

Any damage will be charged.

Prices

8 € / animal / jour
or
50 € / animal / week

ARTICLE 7 – POOL AND CHILDREN

Children remain under the full responsibility of their companions, inside and outside the rentals.

The use of swimming pools implies strict compliance with the posted instructions..

Opening period :

mid-June to end of September

Any use is under the full responsibility of the users..

ARTICLE 8 - CHIMNEY (WOOD COTTAGE)

Basket 1 blaze :

price indicated on site.

Conditions :

absolutely remove the wooden plate from the conduit ;
mandatory supervision ;
increased vigilance with children.

Use of the fireplace is under the full responsibility of the tenant..

ARTICLE 9 – CHALET RENTAL / RECEPTION ROOM

The chalet can accommodate :

birthdays
family meals
cousinades
weddings
EVJF / EVG
meal with friends
team building
professional meetings
seminars

Any rental implies :

➡ acceptance of the internal regulations

and its return signed before the arrival date.

Caution chalet

500 €

by uncashed check.

Any damage or non-compliance with the internal regulations may result in partial or total detention..

ARTICLE 10 – BREWING WORKSHOPS

The workshops are completely personalized.

Online reservation

The site www.skalf.fr allows the purchase of workshops with choice of number of recipes.

Ruler :

1 recipe = 2 maximum people

Workshops are sold for use on one date only.

They are :

❌ not splittable
❌ not sequable

Example :

a workshop 2 recipes cannot be made on 2 different dates.

Any cancellation after the deadline results in the loss of the reservation..

ARTICLE 11 – SALE OF ARTISANAL BEER

The sale of craft beer on site is strictly reserved for adults in accordance with French regulations..

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health, to consume in moderation.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any sale in the event of doubt about the age of the buyer or in the event of inappropriate behavior..

ARTICLE 12 – GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers concern in particular :

workshops
appetizers
overnight stays
brewery purchase

Validity

Duration :

1 an

from the date of issue.

Specific conditions for overnight stays

Valid outside :

school holidays
summer period
public holidays
SATURDAY

unless otherwise stated.

Additional fees may apply :

week-end
vacation
specific periods

In summer :

❌ no overnight stay possible
(rental only by the week)

Cancelation

Possible up to :

8 minimum days before the scheduled date

After this period :

➡ the gift voucher is considered used.

Prolongation

Only one extension possible :

6 maximum month

Rates 2025–2026 :

30 € / brewing

The gift voucher is :

❌ non-exchangeable
❌ non-transferable
❌ non-refundable

After the expiration date :

➡ no recourse possible.

ARTICLE 13 - RESPONSIBILITY

Domaine de Passillé cannot be held responsible :

flights ;
losses ;
damage to personal effects ;
accidents linked to improper use of equipment ;
damage caused by customers' pets ;
incidents linked to non-compliance with internal regulations.

The customer remains responsible for all people present under his reservation.

ARTICLE 14 – CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer can have free recourse to a consumer mediator.

Tourism and Travel Mediation

ARTICLE 15 – APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law..

In case of dispute, the parties will primarily seek an amicable solution.

Failing that, express jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.

ARTICLE 16 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE CGV

Any reservation, order, purchase, quote signed or payment made implies full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale without reservation.
