Household option ; 50€ for the kitchen alone or 85€ for full accommodation

Hours :
Overnight stay : arrival from 6 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. .(if other time, do not hesitate to contact us, we will adapt as best we can)
Costs :
Additional traveler : 15€/night
Handing over the keys before 1 p.m. involves an additional fee of €30. ( Contact us for feasibility)
Delayed departure outside the scheduled time : 50€/gîte ; option to be validated several days before your arrival.
It is possible to extend the reservation after 12 p.m. (midi) and up to 3 p.m. maximum with a supplement of €50 per gîte. This price includes the additional staff necessary to quickly put the gîte back into service before the arrival of the next guests.. After 3 p.m., the standard nightly rental rate will apply.
The damage and restoration are the tenant.
Bed linen and bath towels missing after departure are charged at the unit rate of €65 incl. tax.
Extra linen 1 lit : 15€ per kit (fitted sheets + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases + 2 bath towels + comforter)
Cancellation a rental is free 1 week before the arrival date for the gîtes.
The reservation is due in full for a cancellation less than 7 days.
Rentals placed on a reservation platform (booking, airbnb, cybevasion etc …) are not managed by us ; for any problem or cancellations, contact their customer services.
You book directly on our site, This is the assurance of simplified management and always having someone to answer you.
Only for one monthly rental , the charges are extra rental : electricity, water and fuel for the Bois gîte. The charges are invoiced according to your consumption and to be paid before your departure.

Animaux acceptés dans le Gîte du Bois.Les chiens ne sont pas admis sans surveillance et ne doivent donc pas être laissés seuls pour éviter tous risques de dégradations ou possiblement dans le garage du Gîte du Bois.Nous avons des animaux sur le domaine (golden dog, chat, biquettes) and a stud opposite. Nous acceptons les animaux ainsi nous laissons à votre jugement les risques éventuels et l’acceptation de facto de la prise en charge financière en cas de dégradation.

Nice present : our gift vouchers are valid 1 an.(Atelier, appetizers, night in a gite or room, brewery purchase).For overnight stays, the voucher is valid outside holidays, summer and public holidays and excluding Saturdays unless indicated on the voucher. Additional costs can be applied for a reservation on vacation periods or the weekend. Pas of nights possible in summer, the cottages are rented by the week.
The gift voucher is non -exchangeable and non -refundable.
Reservation cancellation is possible 8 minimum days before the scheduled date. Less than 8 days, The gift voucher is considered to be used.
A extension of the gift voucher from 6 month is possible to expire .Rate 2024/2025 extension : 30€/brew. Contact us if you want this option.
1 only extension is possible. The gift voucher is lost due to the date without any possible recourse.
The children are your responsibility to & rsquo; inside and & rsquo; outside rentals.
Uses of swimming pools : please strictly observe the precautions displayed in the lodgings. Open from mid-June to end of September
The rental of the chalet implies adherence to the rules of procedure to be returned signed before the date of arrival.
