Fees of 50 € (day rate) seront facturés pour un départ après midi (12h).=> consult us if possible.
The damage and restoration are the tenant.
Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain manquantes après le départ sont facturés au tarif unitaire de 65€ttc.
Linge supplémentaire 1 lit : 15€ le kit (draps housse + housse de couette + 2 taies d’oreillers + 2 serviettes de bain + couette)
Cancellation a rental is free 1 week before the arrival date for the gîtes.
La réservation est due intégralement pour une annulation inférieur à 7 days.
Rentals placed on a reservation platform (booking, airbnb, cybevasion etc …) are not managed by us ; for any problem or cancellations, contact their customer services.

Uniquement pour une monthly rental , the charges are extra rental : electricity, water and fuel for the Bois gîte. The charges are invoiced according to your consumption and to be paid before your departure.

Animals :
Dogs are not allowed unattended in homes and therefore should not be left alone to avoid any risk of damage or possibly in the garage of the house Bois.Nous have animals on the field (golden dog, chat, biquettes) and a stud opposite. Nice present : our gift vouchers are valid 1 an.(Atelier, appetizers, night in a gite or room, brewery purchase).For overnight stays, the voucher is valid outside holidays, summer and public holidays and excluding Saturdays unless indicated on the voucher. Additional charges may apply for reservations during holiday periods or weekends. No overnight stay possible in summer, the cottages are rented by the week.
No reimbursement for gift vouchers and workshops, a credit note is issued for a cancellation 8 minimum days before the scheduled date. Less than 8 days, 30% are deducted from having.
A extension of the gift voucher from 6 month is possible to expire .Rate 2024/2025 of the extension 30€. (increases in raw materials and charges)
The children are your responsibility to & rsquo; inside and & rsquo; outside rentals.
Uses of swimming pools : please strictly observe the precautions displayed in the lodgings. Open from mid-June to end of September
The rental of the chalet implies adherence to the rules of procedure to be returned signed before the date of arrival.
